Despite a lot of criticism on here about his autocratic personality, everyone's always praised him for his business sense. And more than anyone else he's the guy that got an $80mm arena going up off I40. So it's not like he's not a risk taker. Point here being, I can't believe he wouldn't enter a negotiation this serious in clueless mode. Am sure someone told him, hey he's going to want a bigger budget for AC's, travel, etc. Hopefully, he's ready to come across with it.
