The top restaurant critic and food writer is a Billiken fan and can show Rick the ropes around town while explaining the French paradox (drink good, affordable red wine often) to him, which, if he adopts, will enable him to remain healthy as he eats his way through St. Louis. Bonwich needs to step up and offer his services to Biondi. Can anyone explain the 2nd French paradox to me - how Paris can still stand tall while not having been defended the last century?
