I am careful about what I say about the players it was a promise I made to myself when joining this site and at times may have fell short of my promise but I do my best. There are great posters on this site that give their opinions on players it is not what I would say about them but I value their opinion and some have set me straight about players. I will stick up for Soderball who attends games home and away and is a great fan of Billiken Basketball. Your a good poster on this site so I was asking a question not being a smart guy. The surprise with OSU is that they have coach Underwood now and they are 0-5 and that problem got coach Ford ran out of town. I think Baylor is a great team too and I wonder what The Wiz thinks of Baylor compared to KU. Don't forget West Virginia with the jerk coach Huggins they are good too.

When you say OSU is a surprise is that because they are 0-5 last in the conference? Shaka Smart is having a horrible season so far 1-5, 7-11 and OK 1-4, 7-9 are a bad surprise.

I think K-State beats Illinois this year if they would have been on the schedule. The K-State basketball program looks pretty strong right now and I am wondering if the Illinois fans are wishing Weber was their coach instead of Groce.

I agree with you Johnny Gilly and Neufeld not playing for the second straight game says a lot now. I think with the strong recruiting class coming to Illinois I think coach Groce has solid footing for another season.

Disagree, in the first half the players had no idea what to do on offense or defense. The second half adjustments worked and the play was better. Coach Ford has done a good job motivating and coaching, there are set plays that work and inbound plays that do not have to go to half court all of the time. It is on Mike Crawford and Zeke Moore to fix their shots they had wide open shots they are missing both players are in a horrible shooting funk this season.
