There are dozens of coaches around the country that are routinely doing more with less than Travis. Why would I take that back? I guess we are disagreeing on what qualifies as routinely.

I said coaches are routinely doing more with less. Didn’t say there’s dozens right now, even if there might be. Its safe to say Pat Kelsey has routinely done more with less than Ford. Maybe he is not doing more with less at this EXACT moment, just doing the same with less.

I’ll take 3 ncaa appearances in the same time we’ve had one. So yeah, Pat Kelsey is on the list.

I’d argue that for it to be a true rebuilding year there has to be a sense of hope for the future. At least when we were getting whacked at Dook under Majerus, you could tell Jordair, McCall, Loe, Evans, etc had a bright future, and they were getting valuable experience. Does anyone honestly feel like we are headed in the correct direction under Ford? not trying to constantly come after you, Rich, you’re just one of the few Ford Defense Team brave enough to post after that debacle today, which is respectable.

Yes, the BVF is smaller than a P5, but you think we don’t have more resources than Davidson or Belmont or Vermont? Give me a break. We should be routinely stomping the rest of this crap conference into the ground. Instead we are gonna go through this mediocrity for 2-3 more years before the powers that be have enough.

Huh? I’ve been advocating for Curcic PT since the second exhibition. I have few problems with Ford’s recruiting, although there are routinely 2-3 wasted scholarships per roster. My issue is with his player development. What players even improved during their time here? Collins and Goodwin are probably the two you could argue.

No one is upset that we occasionally lose games to decent teams. It’s the manner in which we lose those games…. Never close to competitive from the tip. And it’s happened that way repeatedly under Ford.

Curcic should be playing at least 20mpg. The kid can play. Instead, ford will give those minutes to Dalger and meadows, and Curcic will transfer. Tale as old as time.

So we just chalk this season up to inexperience? What’s the excuse for next year, same thing? We lose Hargrove and Jimerson. Ford has routinely brought in mediocre transfers that are MAYBE marginally better than the young guys on the bench, and it hampers development. What benefit do Meadows or Dalger provide to this program in the near term or long term?

The number of wide open threes is just comical. This is exactly the same program as the last 2-3 years, only worse.

We are gonna lose by 20+ to a team that would lose by 30+ to a ranked team. It’s alarming.

It is really hard to look away. Just when you think we couldn’t possibly continue to do the same things over and over, we do.

This 1-3-1 zone creates no turnovers and leaves wide open shooters. A truly baffling decision by Ford.

This team is being coached to play exactly the same way as the last two years, only the players are worse. How Ford kept his job is beyond me, and how he decided “we are going to change nothing” is even further beyond me.
