UK was second in the SEC and played great despite tons of injuries the second half of the season.....the first half was the only sucky part... Very quick for his height doesn't mean very quick for his position. And Suggs is a smooth and smart player, not a quick style of player. Also, I tend to scout players for the highest possible levels. I compare every player to the best player in the class at that position. So, when I say a guy is slow....he's amazingly fast compared to me. mm

Certain schools who were recruiting Josh had conversations with WIU LONG BEFORE any story was written and were told that Josh would be released at the "appropriate time". And to add to your theory, Josh was released around the 3rd of April, not the day before Molinari was hired. Still, I am positive that other programs were assured that Josh was going to be released....those programs were holding off other players waiting for the "appropriate time". mm

Any negative publicity was being received long before any recent article. The timing of the release was exactly as most expected it (at least those who work in recruiting).....after DT was let go. We've been told for months that he'd be released when DT was let go....that's exactly what happened. mm

You can be "much quicker" than Drew and still be not quick...haha. That's fine....I haven't seen him enough to be overly confident in my opinion of him. My first impressions were not that he was going to be a strong defender due to quickness. I don't doubt that he covered Suggs, but then again, Suggs isn't major quick....he's a big, smooth wing with a good shot. He's not the "get in the lane...get to the rim" type wing that I'd see giving Cass problems. Cass is a good position defender, which is the type of guy that matches up well with Suggs. I am not an A10 expert....perhaps you don't have a ton of those types of wings, but I doubt it. mm

No. I don't know where the rule is....but I don't know where the rule is saying you can't kill someone either....but both are rules...lol. You can't hold a kid to an LOI and then use the scholarship that he's supposed to be using. IF you want to keep him bound, you have to keep a scholarship open for him to accept. It's a rule, regardless of my ability/desire to go find it in print. mm
