Billiken Law
Hosting the CUSA soccer tourney vying to become the first Billiken women's team to earn an NCAA bid (should have one based on the regular season but nothing is a given). They're the #1 seed and kick-off against DePaul at 7 this evening.
slufanskip
I can't make it ... but SLU will have to beat some good teams. 4 CUSA teams are ranked in the top 15 in their respective regions. UAB,SLU,Marquette, and Memphis. UAB is in the others receiving votes in the soccer buzz rankings ... so they would be ahead of us. Marquette just beat us at hume in overtime. I won't be able to attend any games but I wish I could. I think they probably need to win the tourney to make the NCAA's. Official Billikens.com sponsor of H. guest
Yeah, Billikens took care of DePaul tonight. Funny though, the DePaul goalkeeper scored on a freekick, perfectly placing the ball under the top crossbar, beating Amanda Martin. I have a class with her tomorrow, so I'll get on her case. Also, with the rain and the Bills white shirts, it made for a kind of wet t-shirt contest. I guess that's why the baseball team made it out. -billikenbobby-
