bills16 Posted October 13, 2004 Share Posted October 13, 2004 for those of you going to iowa city for the bills vs iowa game on new years eve i spoke with a friend who recently went from iowa city to st. louis on the avenue of the saints route. he said it was all four-lane except for about 40 miles. 2o miles in northern missouri and 20 miles in southern iowa. anyone who has taken this route before all of the construction knows what a living nightmare it was.
