DeGrand was a top defender for the Billikens from 1990-93 and played on SLU's 1991 final four team. ... Mehlville High soccer midfielder Dado Hamzajic, who hails from Bosnia, has given an oral commitment to St. Louis U. soccer coach Dan Donigan.
