bauman Posted January 20, 2009 Share Posted January 20, 2009 Listened to most of the RM show tonight----maybe it should be called the RM substitute show, as Rick was a no show--bad voice. Porter took his place for the first 1/2 hour and Janssen covered the final part of the show. As always Rammer was the host. Not much news. Porter talked about how hard they are recruiting and how important that is to the program. Said he was called off a recruiting trip today due to RM's illness. Talked about the 4 signed LOIs. Reid is doing great, scoring over 30 pts the last few games and is a candidate for POY in Kansas. Jon Smith is doing very well in all phases of the game. CR, the Texas kid is also doing well. ( I guess we shouldn't expect the coaches to say anything delse about our recruits) CS is not playing now since this is the off season for Aussie BB) A lot of talk about the crowds at the Fetz, especially the student section-very positive comments and thanks.
