It has nothing to do with agreeing or disagreeing with the content; it is frustration with the CONSTANT repetition of the same thing again and again. If a person posted that we should bring Ford back, most of us would just ignore it, but if that same person (and maybe a couple of others) posted it over and over in virtually every thread, rational people would become sick of it.

Let me see if I’ve got this right. He got the champions center done, giving SLU, arguably, the best facilities in the entire A-10. He brought in Schertz who the majority of this board is very positive about. Yet, you’re saying nothing has changed. OK, got it.

For the love of a merciful God, let it go, Elsa. People like you make it so difficult/painful to read this board.

So I’m watching the game, I hear the play-by-play guy handling the game by himself. Sounds to me like he’s got 20 or 30 years experience probably 40 or 50 years old and I’m impressed. Then, at the end, he actually comes on camera and I’m surprised how young he is. And you’re saying it’s weird to pay him that compliment that he’s very good despite not actually having the experience I thought he had? OK, whatever.

By the way, the announcer was really good. He looks like he’s about 18 years old, but just goes to show you, you don’t need age to be highly competent.

That announcer is really good. And I think he was flying solo.

Maybe I misheard it, but does coach’s daughter play for the Billikens?

Rhodey not going away, but still looks pretty good. We need to get to more of these games.

What the hell was going on? We arrived in the area (Compton and Chouteau) about 1:00 PM and ended up being late to the game. 30 minutes to go about half a mile is really frustrating. We saw two sheriffs deputies who were presumably supposed to be directing traffic, but instead, they seemed to be taking videos or photographs of the intersection at Market and Compton. I mean, I know it’s St. Louis city, but that was still unacceptable.

Oh dear, that’s rather severe….

I definitely think it can work. But, so far, it just doesn’t seem to be coming together, yet. Hope springs eternal. At least for Billiken fans anyway.

I have this recurring vision of Schertz, running around on the deck of the Titanic rearranging deck chairs. Love the guy, and desperately want him to be successful, but it’s just not getting done. So hard to be a Billiken fan.

I really wanted to go to DC this year, but I guess not.

What I don’t understand is how does coach not correct for this. It’s a problem every freaking game.

I have never seen a team that consistently gives up so many open threes.

The difference in this game is free throws. They have had double the number of free throw opportunities we have had.

And yet another no touch foul. Am I blind? The slow motion replay didn’t show any contact.

I would have loved to have heard what Earl and Rammer said on that last phantom foul on Gibby.
