Title IX is going to be the big issue. Per Title IX there does not have to be criminal charges. It is completely up to the University. There has to be proof of the incident, but not to same degree as a criminal case. And pet Title IX universities are urged to act quickly to protect the alleged victims. Based on this I would think a decision would come pretty quick especially if no criminal charges are sought or pressed.

I am sorry, if a player is granted a redshirt to gain an extra year of eligibility after being involved in a accusation like this is wrong. Very similar to the OU deal where Stoops hid details for player involved in physical assault. Didn't end well for Stoops wants everything became public. SLU will have fine line to walk over the upcoming days and weeks. I hate seeing things like this happen for all involved.

LOL. Im a SLU alum, have always been SLU donor and supporter and been going to games since back in the day at Kiel Auditorium. Used to play pick up back in the day with Dobbs and Starks. Just found it interesting all your posts followed by that comment.
