It looks like I need to take Elliott out back for some FT practice. Hoosier's don't miss FREE THROWS Elliott. Larry Bird would be soooo disappointed.
Edit: OK, 1 of 2 but still, not good.
OK, let's jump to some conclusions based on 20 minutes of an exhibition against a DIII team.
Welmer is a keeper. My fellow Hoosier will be starting before conference play.
Crawford and Reggie look like leaders out there.
Mr. Hines will help this team.
Bishop still needs some growth to be a quality PG. 4 TO's in the first half (to go with 4 Assists).
I reserve the right to redo all of these conclusions based on the next 20 minutes.
Crawford 11, Reggie 10, Hines 8. Reggie with 13 boards, and Welmer with 5. SLU is 0-9 from the three, but 22 of 39 from the field, albeit most, as billikenbill said, are layups.
Media TO, 44-32. Greenville is 4-18 from the three, but 8-11 from the FT, keeping them in the game. Bills are 0-8 threes, and 6-14 FT, allowing Greenville to keep in the game.
