FT's are not easy after playing VCU for 35 minutes. You guys did good. Who's the big monster that took that dumb 3 that went at the end? I wanna shake his hand! Wish we'd have tried a few more 3's. Seemed like we went into your D strength all day. That never results in a good ending, but a 2 point loss is no shame on your floor. Kudos to you Billikens.

This is a two team A10 sweet 16 year. Love a tough game. We almost pulled that out of our arses playing your game at your house. Someone noted that the FT shooting against us went down the toilet late. That's not an unusual thing when playing on rubber legs. The A10 is loaded!!!!! A split and then the A10 champ game. Should be awesome. Good luck to you guys the rest of the way, except for at the Stu. The better you get, the better it is for us.

THUG D???? No it's actually a very strong D that takes teams out of their game full court and half court. You guys play some pretty awesome D too, or you wouldn't be where you are considering your very very low KENPOM O efficiency. We too have that problem, but it's mostly because we take 15 more shots than our opponents. When the shots start falling, we'll be very very difficult for even the best to beat. Our HC D is massivly improved from the 4 guard we had last year. Not the best for sure, but a huge improvement. This will be the key to today's game. Edit: I actually just thought about it and I love the THUG D comment. Says alot about what we are. Deal with em today.

You guys are going to need one for sure until your 3 stars get some time. I like 4 stars way better and we have 3 coming into the fold including a top 50 and 3 top 100s next year to an already loaded squad. Fear the RAM.

Not cool. Swifty has been given the word on RamNation about this. What's bassackward about VA? Amongst the best public shools in the US, great knowedgable fanbase. VCU rising school with one of the best Med Schools in the US? Let's compare median incomes now. And we don't have East St Louis. BustedDreams is one of the most respected posters on our board and will continue to be. Let's try to keep this civil. However, to be given the status as a Billiken recruit kinda scares me considering what's coming in for you guys next year. I wouldn't wanna be one. Here is the first post on a new thread by a Billiken fan. It's gotten a ton of good response on our boards. We typically are very hard-core fans, but our board is policed nicely and they don't take crap, or they remove the poster. I like having you guys on our board. It's great stuff and improves our board immensely. What a game this should be. Its a great opportunity for each program, and for the league in general, to show the sports world that the best in this league can play with anyone. Of course, each of these programs are built on suffocating defensive schemes so to the casual observer it might not seem "pretty" but there is no doubt it will be great basketball. I watched you guys play last night against GW and came away very impressed. Don't expect to have a similar shooting night against SLU, but if you can replicate last night's performance going forward there is really no limit to how far you guys can go. How great would it be to have two A-10 teams in the elite 8? I realize that is a long ways off but I do think the potential is there with these two teams

Jett will get his. Key is to keep him to his season average. We have to take the paint away. We do that, shoot over 40% and I think we take this thing. Tall order at your place, but very doable. Jett is a serious baller. We need Melvin to drop some bombs and a few "Melvins" and stick to Jett with multiple guys to keep him from a 25 point game. JU should do very well down low and MO is a wall and a load to handle for anyone.
