Guess fatigue caught up to us. Still a good game, Ellis showed up for sure, Kwamain's performance was a little disappointing. I think we'll bounce back and take every game more seriously now.

Agreed, and defense is such a big part of our game. Barnett will be getting minutes down the road once we start playing some lesser teams, but we can't afford to take chances with this cinderella story of a season we're having, gotta be careful. And even his presence on the bench is great, because he is such a good teammate, always pumped up and supportive, whereas some guys would be selfish and upset about not getting their minutes. Good guy, hope he develops.

Last year, my dad's old friend who moved to Australia came to the US for a visit, and left us a big Australian flag. My grandpa has season tickets and takes me and my cousins to all the games, and I'm friends with most of the players on Facebook. I jokingly started talking to Cody one day and he replied, and we had a legit conversation, and then again the next day when HE even started the conversation. I asked him to sign the flag and he agreed and we met after the Temple game and he took pictures with us and signed stuff. It was probably the greatest experience of my life, and it shows how good of a person he is. I love seeing him develop as a player this year, he's becoming a real good shooter and I'm glad cause he works hard and deserves it. I hope he sees this! And guys this is not to promote the bothering of him please don't shoot him up trying to do stuff like this.

Alright I've been a dedicated SLU fan since I was like 7, I'm 16, and I've had season tickets ever since then, I go to every game possible and watch all the ones I don't make. If anyone would have told we were going to be 6-0 with the kind of schedule we had and we were going to blow out all of these teams, I would've laughed at them. I would've believed we'd be .500 or better but this season is just unbelievable, cinderella story for sure. Conk's been straight stud, boss in the paint, and everybody's been contributing in a solid way. We're playing such a balanced inside-outside game, it's crazy. The rest of our schedule should be fairly easy and I'm looking for anywhere between a 2 loss season to an undefeated season. TrueSLUBlue!
