JJ is too concerned about shooting the ball and not playing defense. You can see it every time he touches the ball that he wants to shoot, doesn't matter where on the court he is. He also plays very poooor defense. I am not a coach, but I am a Thinker

Soderberg needs to play 2 big men at the same time and Justin Johnson doesn't count. If Soderberg would play Vouyoukas, and Husak, or Vouyoukas and Knollmeyer or Hysak and Knollmeyer at the same time things would turn around. Rotate the 3 big men. Rotate Polk, Meyer, Lisch, Mequire and Liddell in the 1, 2, and 3 spots. Use Justin Johnson and Danny Brown to help set out the little chairs on timeouts, and everybody can have an important roll. Brad has nothing, because he creates nothing. He cannot motivate IV, yet he leaves him in for 30+ minutes a game. The answer is so simple, Move LM to #3, and put IV, and AK in at the same time. You cannot expect AK and DM to come in and make a big difference when they get very little playing time, maybe if giving a real chance you might be surprised. AK hasn't seen real playing time since the Western Illinois game when he scored 7pts in 8 min, IV scored 8pts in 20 min. DM has never seen real playing time. But I'm Just Saying..... I cannot agree, or disagree your statement "I will admit that we are thin and beyond our first five we go downhill pretty fast." Who knows??? We only play the first 5, and a few minutes from JJ, DB, and now a Walk On. I've seen AK in several games, and he plays excellent defense, man on man his man doesn't get the ball, he just needs some experience. DM has a nice shot, and he too needs experience. I am not a Basketball Coach, But I Am a Thinker...
