  1. Temple gives up a three, 68 to 63. A Bonnie foul. Temple up 70 to 63 at 1:06 mark.
  2. Gee ---Richmond knew just who to foul, eh?
  3. I asked for KM and I got him. Could it be? After 2.5 seasons, we have an athletic big man?
  4. We seem to have adjusted our game to play against them inside and in essencehave played into their hands. We shoot the three and we haven't done that tonight. When was the last time KM did anything inthis game?
  5. @72 ----I'm just saying in this game,Rammer is crying up a river. Temple up ten at 8:49 mark.
  6. If a non-Saint Louis fan were to listen to Rammer I am sure they'd feel the same way we do about the homers we seem to hear on La Salle and St. Joe's broadcast teams. Rammer is not shy about his interpretations.
  7. What passes for a foul in this league I'llnever understand. Temple up 40 to 35.
  8. These guys can't stay with us. They want to play uglyand keep it close and try to steal it at the end. We need KM to try and take over a little.
  9. Loe's last two passes ----- notso good/
  10. St.Joes takes down Rhode Island 80 to 69, Dayton downs Charlotte 75 to 65 and Duquesne beats Fordham 77 to 68. No oine on Richmond has scored more than five.
  11. Halftime in Oleans, Temple down to the Bonnies 31 to 30. St. Joe's up ten under 3 in Rhode. Dayton up five with 4 to go. And Duquesne up nibne under 3 left.
  12. Well I'll be damned ---- did not know CE could do THAT.
  13. Rhodey has closed to three. Temple up three. Charlotte up one. Duquesne up five.
  14. Bonnies and Temple punching and countering. 22 to 19 Temple at 8:19 mark.
  15. Kwamain out with two cheap fouls. For a trio letting all sorts of play go on,these two deplete the product.
  16. Bonnies came out emotion but are now down small to Temple. St. Joe's pulling away at URI. Fordham down two at Duquesne and Charlotte and Dayton in a toe-to-toe.
  17. Rammer has pointed out six or seven missed calls already.
  18. @cowboy ----- pitiful? BC's outside game? Well kshoe might find "pitiful" an apt synonym. The word I would use is "non-existent" in describing BC's outside game. And that's not a bad thing, as in he doesn't need it and on this team others carry that scope. Iunderstand RL's upbringing and am not bashing it per se. I am just saying that for us to expect him to develop one may be far=fetched and not really needed in the long run. But I would still like to have him take advantage of a four or five inch height advantage enough on the inside sometime over this and the next two years. I'd settle for adequate as I know that is not RL's nor CE's game. I like RLs game. I just think that it is somewhat fruitless to expect much more on the offensive end from either.
  19. Thanks moy. I stand semi-corrected. The statements I made on February 6 and noted above, still sound good to me. I'd say the same thing now --- I don't see either working the low blocks or driving to the hole. They seem limited in low block play and prefer the pick-n-pop game which they are better at albeit inconsistent. CE hits for 20 one night in Philly; none the next. There is nothing in there about CR by the way. RL, I woul dthink, at 6'11" should be able to do better but guys like Aiken an dRoberts make up height disadvantages by imploring athletic skills. In that arena, CR is our best hope for a counter.
