Personally, I'd rather seen Payton Jacks "Off Three Times A Day" out there, or "Mr." Wendell Bennett out there jockin' bros' or threes. Heck, the kid played ball for Bobby Hurley Sr. You know who else played for Bobby Hurley Sr??? Yep, you guessed it, Bobby Hurley. THE Bobby Hurley. If Wendell can make it in that program, I think we need to let the boy play some basketball. Obi was never going to get off the pine this year, and if he was, it was going to be against Quincy or Harriet Beecher Stowe College or whatever the hell it's called. My ass he was recruited by Illinois. Maybe they sent him a letter when he was in junior high telling him about a summer camp. I got one from USC when I was in high school, maybe I should have used that as leverage when Bob Davie recruited me. Bummer. Oh well. Obi is a bum. Ho. Dixon - we never knew thee.
