Quest Posted December 3, 2006 Share Posted December 3, 2006 I just wanted to say that the Saluki "timeout...where? In the arena...oh" is a rip-off of what the Bears do at Soldier Field in Chicago. I was at the game and that's really not called for, to steal someone else's tradition. The Bears are a classy organization with a lot of money and they could really do a number on your "Dogg Pound." I mean pound your ass in court, Pound. It's not funny. You aren't funny. I didn't even apply to SIU and I got an acceptance letter my senior year at St. Viator in Chicago. Why the hell would I go to Carbondale? Why would anyone go to Carbondale. I remember a guy telling me the only reason he wanted to go there was because former IL senator Paul Simon lectured there in the Poli-Sci department -- but he's dead now.
