Last week, I was out at the Maui Invitational and had the pleasure of seeing some fantastic D1 basketball, even from lowly St. John's. Being at Chaifetz tonight made me realize how far off we really are.Watch 1 game shown on ESPN, ESPN 2. The games are exciting. Alley oops, 3s galore, huge dunks, blocks. EXCITING. SWAGGER. Even ###### no name schools have players that look like all stars compared to our guys. Bigger, faster, stronger, BETTER. Even when we win we don't look good. Need a new EXCITING coach that can adapt to the 21st century

I'd love to see the lead assistant from Vanderbilt come in to SLU. Don't know his name off the top of my head.

Absolutely no offense for us. No idea where points could come from when some of these guys are on the floor.

MN has looked lost again in the moments he's been in. Not really a good option on the roster at the 5 right now.Our last FG was at the 7:10 mark of the 1st half. Has neufeld played at all? Or is crews cool with BJ and AG constantly f'ing up?

The only thing keeping me here is the fact that WSU tickets are being given out to students at the end of the game.

I agree that the officiating played a role in the game and with most of your points, as a whole. Louisville was very physical and seemed to have a bit of an advantage from the zebras. It was indicative of senior intelligence against a younger team. MN looks like someone who will be very useful as an upperclassman, but there will be growing pains.

MC should look to be more aggressive in this offense. The guy can flat out shoot and could easily score 15-20 on a nightly basis.

One thought from the first half: the offense went stagnant at times, but there are just some possessions where the ball movement is a work of art.

I know he wasn't, just when talking about the past few years of WSU he is one of those key guys who added a different dynamic for them.Early wasn't on the team last year. His last year of eligibility was the undefeated regular season.

Cleanthony Early was another big loss for their program who would help tremendously on this year's WSU.

I had planned on being there but working the Maui Invitational was too good to pass up.Definitely understandable for students, considering how well they've shown the first couple games. General attendance has been dismal from Game 1. Front running town, see: Rams
