Dont you and the nashville truckstop know... those games are just to run plays and GET better for the end of the year. IT IS CALLED COACHING AND LEARNING. Oh,forgot that is YOUR game of the year. Other schools like SIU for instance play for the big dance.....Winning records....and winning tradition SWEET SIXTEENS ETC ETC ETC You and nashville truckstop......quit crying AND LEARN TO DANCE.......LOL Ps....You and your tradition school are going to get in the 21 century and finally spend a litte money and get a football team,are you not. Oh yes...you have to get a golf team back...man,,your school is drained. Sure you will fess up some monies for the good of the your program. Dont you and your "TRADITION SCHOOL" have any money at all. Sure with your help it is just around the corner.....like taking years and years to get a gym to play in. Finally getting a gym....oh forgot..a scaled down one.something to do with money again. Lets see you had and have a college basketball team...and never had an arena to play in.Hmmmmmmmm DID I HEAR YOU SAY TRADITION You are a couple of dumbs ones. You are on this board all the time... Suggestion..why dont you and truckstop spend less time hyping up your backward program and get with it.Start fundraisers..give out of your pocket..do anything. Oh too challenging for you.Dont want to open your pockets like other college schools. Does that mean you will never get a football team in your lifetime??? Ok since you do not have any deep pockets for your college How about baby steps ..to get up with at least the junior colleges in the country....at least a golf team??? Asking too much?? Ians senior season....HUGE YEAR MORE OPTIMISTIC ABOUT THE STATE OF THE PROGRAM COACH NEEDS TO BREAK THROUGH AND GET IN THE TOURNAMENT......ONE MORE TIME.........COACH NEEDS TO BREAK THOUGH AND GET IN THE TOURNAMENT UNREAL.......One of the most talented teams that dropped in their laps and they wanted to and got in one of the if now the weakest conferences in the country...which most dont EVEN have a football program(by the way...you do not have enough money to play football??)which puts all their focus and monies on basketball and COACH NEEDS TO BREAK THROUGH AND GET IN THE TOURNAMENT.......... NEEDS TO BREAK THOUGH AND GET IN THE TOURNAMENT can see why st louis has been and always will be a minor minor league basketball college basketball team and town. WHO CARES IF THESE GUYS HAVE THEIR DOUBTS(coach needs to break through and get in the tournament) what confidence..typical st louis fan they get tiresome SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE THE ONE WHO HAS DOUBTS what a tradition Oh well........you still have the weak far away basketball conference you chose to go in to fall back on Wait a minute hmmm no tradition there either

Southern Illinois University was and has been winning basketball games and having winning basketball seasons for years. Just do not understand?? Unreal.... I have seen Leon play and is a very good basketball player. St Louis should be all over him. The problem is that your coach seems to not know talent. So you may not have the luxury to take a Leon Powell because of his past recruitng. That is the problem with your recruiting. Do not try to say Leon Powell is not a talented basketball player thought. His bad recruiting has the dreadful domino effect and his insight will probably not afford him to get talent like Powell. He has very very good players right under your nose. Most all in Illinois...second and third rated tier players that have gotten colleges into the Sweet Sixteen. Have attended many games and have seen these basketball coaches at their Games,,not one game. But not the coach at st louis. Seems he doesnt get it. Just be thankful that tommy and kevin droped in his lap.Yes dropped in his lap... With those 2 excellent basketball players....will he even goof that up with his recruiting and not letting them play?.. Alot think so And enjoy the one ride while you can. But do not say it was good recruiting,because jmo he hasnt a clue. Will he ever know talent......from all the players that he is not seeing within 300 miles of him............dont think so.
