Who recruited the players?
Who set up the offense the players must work within?
I agree that nobody had a decent game except Ian but the coach has the responsibility. Who among US didn't see the lack of a power forward as a major liability.....
Does anyone think we could use a Tony Twist style enforcer to keep the goons off our scoring line????

If Brad cannot put together a fairly decent tourney run with Ian as a senior then shame on him. If he can't do that AND comes up with a recruiting class that isn't first rate (by SLU standards) then I'll start sharpening my ax. I still say Brad gets a pass for his first scratch recruiting class. However that class is gone now.

Right. If you think we are the biggest cry babies you don't get out much. If you don't like that tag line for Brad how about, "Come play in our run and gun, motion offense" Sure those 14 and 19 point explosions both first halfs against St Joes were aberrations. Of course they were

These last three games are pretty troubling fare. We NEED some forwards. If the refs are going to swallow their whistles we will never compete at a high level in this league with Luke as a forward. No offense to luke but didn't he used to have an ugly but accurate jump shot. We are way too limited on offense when only three guys can shoot at all.......
I'm going to go into hibernation for the soccer season. Wake me up if we get into the NIT.....
PS I'll say Dump Brad if we are not an NCAA team next year. This year gets Brad nothing. No Kudos. No animosity either.

On the St Joes boards they are all looking past us to ..... Temple .... Hopefully we'll catch them tired and napping....

Maybe UNC is not a great example BUT Slu has not had trouble getting home and homes with decent programs in the past whether we've been good or bad. I doubt the future will be much different.

Whoa there. "The Coach" you are referring to is Hobbs? You're right, if Hobbs was doing that kind of leg work it's quite fishy. Nothing I'd read had that kind of smell to it. If the Philly coach is the "coach" then who cares. Short circuiting the admissions process is also problematic. Maybe I've been reading too much of the official GW responses on the now dead A10 board......

If GW was Cincy the guy would've been arrested rather than actually succeeding academicaly. Seriously, If the guy is going to class and making the grades this is a nothing story. Compared to Mi$$ouri, much less Cincy, GW looks pretty good.....

32% sounds about right actually. We've lost two in a row, they've won like six in a row and beat the crap out of us at home.....

My grammer isn't perfect, I'll admit. Were this a doctoral dissertation instead of an internet message board my conscience might be bothering me. This isn't really about me or my grammer though.
Most of us are content with just posting our thoughts once, knowing that some people may miss out on our wisdom. It would be a real shame if anyone missed out on your often bombastic, often shrill, drivel. I'd suggest maybe posting everything three times.......

Gregory owned brad but where as brad can't find a power forward Gregory can't find a point guard. Put both teams together and it'd be the stuff of legends.
