The "I want it now without doing the time" to get it mentality? i don't understand it either. i guess they don't realize if they "want minutes now!" that they won't be getting minutes for an entire year (b/c of transferring regulations). doesn't make any sense! i'd say it's better to get a small amount of minutes now and plenty later than ZERO minutes for the next year!
