My quick observations from the Ball State game
We played way too many people which looked very Crews like, although I am optimistic we will have a more set group of players. Gillman should not be starting this game.
Johnson looks to be our most talented player out there, with an outstanding shooting percentage, however he has gotten very little minutes compared to Zeke while both are true freshmen. I am hoping he gets more playing time and gets more comfortable on the court.
Turnovers seemed to be a product of poor decision making and maybe a product of Crew's new play style and nervousness on a first game.
The players all look like they want to be there, even if their performance was poor that first half. I'm optimistic for next year and later in the season

As per Verbal Commits, SLU has given JUCO SF Raynere Thornton (6-7, 220, 2★) an offer. He would be a redshirt sophomore

My opinion on this. Crews could win games (not many) with poor recruits and Crews is not considered to be a good coach on the court, so two strikes for recruiting and coaching ability. Then we have Ford come in with substantially better recruits and easily a better coaching ability, so where is all the negativity coming from? An A10 conference team with B+ to A- recruits is going to do very well.
I wouldn't be surprised if we are picked as the top team in the A10 for next year. We have nowhere to go but up.

Overall. Next year we will have 6 top 150 players as of now, Johnson, Bess, Adonys, Goodwin,French, Foreman

At the Billiken Bash they showed off designs for updates to Chaifetz, and Ford has said in the beginning he would like to get a much nicer locker room. If anyone has seen OSU's it should be really cool. My question is if anyone has any pictures of the designs or any new information on the development project

If anyone else follows Wisconsin basketball, Welmer gave me an Ethan Happ vibe watching him play last night. Anyone agree? Play style looks similar on offense.
