I believe this has been mentioned on this board already, but good news nonetheless.

I do not know anything special about him but he DID come to play for legendary coach Majerus and Harriman, too, and I cannot blame him for being miffed, isn't it true that he enrolled and was here before Majerus's failing health was announced? He is thinking about his career, not knowing who TF will coach next yr or what TF conference will be around.
So maybe the kid is not a model citizen, I really do not know, but I would say posters should not demonize him.
And those who say he should come to play basketball "for the school" as opposed to Majerus might be technically correct, but naive as hell about, yes, reality.
Unless he is a real ass-jerk-whatever, give him some leeway.

Bad stretch of basketball by UNLV in the final minute. Lost every 50/50 ball, poor execution. UNM got lucky, but good for us.

A couple of thing I've noticed.
The past few games I've seen JJ selling out for the steal and getting burned. Also, he's our top passer, but tend to be over ambitious at times and turning the ball over.
The way we handled the press this game is concerning. Even with 3 guards. When we did break it no one is taking it aggressively to the basket. Lack of confidence?
CE has been impressive defensively as well as CR. Huge block tonight for CR. Sent it to half court!
