Definitely gave a stiff arm with a hand to the face of Rammer. I assume it had to be his normal "That is the worst call I have ever seen" line on a pretty touchy foul out top. The ref did proceed to call 3 in a row on us. One of which was from the other side of the court if I remember correctly...while another official directly over the play didn't blow the whistle.

22-20 good guys. Under 8min timeout. Not playing nearly as well as past 3 games or so it seems. Half watching/half chasing a 3 year old around.

Well, this stinks. RIP Coach. Although I knew his coaching days were numbered, still held out hope that he would make it to the Fetz for one last standing ovation.

Agree with everything in your post. Playing Kansas to a 34-34 tie in the 2nd half with really a 6 man line-up, 5 of which played over 31 minutes with just over a days rest, was pretty impressive to me. At the half, I was scared to go back to my seat assuming that we were just going to be run off the court the last 20min as I thought our legs would fail us.

Just got back from the game. I think others have called it out, but thought this game was going to be a blow out, but we battled back and that was good to see. A couple of shots here or there...or a couple of calls our way and we have a chance. Definitely could tell that we were challenging Releford to beat us. According to the KU fans, he'd been shooting poorly this year. Unfortunately he hit a ton of shots tonight. And we just don't have anyone that can challenge Withey. He altered so many shots it was ridiculous. I believe we hit more 3's than 2's tonight and he's the reason why.
Definitely tough playing half the game without a 2nd guard...Would have been nice to go in with a full roster. I was surprised McCall could still move at the end of the game.
I guess at the end of the day, I still think the future could be bright for this team. I see a lot of things that I like.

Good stuff. For Monday, we are Sec 208, Row 1, Seats 1-4. Tuesday to mix it up, we are on the other side. Section 224 Row 1 1-4. Depending on what the SLU section looks like, we may head down that way if there is room. Sitting with Dad, wife, and brother. Looking forward to the games.

I bought tickets a while back on my own. Don't think I'm necessarily sitting with SLU fans, but in the first row of the second deck at mid-court both nights.

Got mine wish they would put time of day, day of week and date on tickets
Based on what I've been told, these tickets are often printed pretty early. This is the first time I've had the "nice" tickets in 3 years. I was told they were printed before all seat request changes were made (thus why I didn't get nice tix before). So, they may not have had final game times determined as they waited on the TV schedule.
Mine all have the date on them. To me, pretty easy to figure out day of the week after that.....

I believe my high is 253. Sounds impressive, but kind of a fluke. I believe I had 7 strikes in a row in there. I only think I've broken 200 a handful of other times. My average is probably in the 160s, but haven't gone bowling in a few years.

Nice...Like many people here, already have season tix, but clicked through any way. Is there any way for them to tell if you are actually a young alumni? I went through to a certain point and didn't notice anything. Definitely a pretty nice discount.

Bought my tix back in March. In the first row of 208 for one night and the first row of 224 the next. Should be a good time.

I doubt there will be a major increase. I have always thought the ticket prices were pretty cheap myself, but that is for the lower bowl. I do not know what the upper bowl tickets were priced, but I thought there were only like $10.
The ends are $10 for season tickets or $12 I believe for single game. Once you shift over to the corners and sides the cost goes up.

Bruesewitz got with the program. I believe this is a Freshman year picture....He shaved it all I believe in his Soph year, but definitely didn't have the mop this year.

Is there a reason that Self gets to set the match-ups? Is this some agreed upon thing for them to play in the tourney? I think it makes more sense that KU is seen as the 1 seed, we are seen as a 2, and A&M and Wash St are the 3/4. Thus, they'd want the top 2 teams playing in the final. Either way, I've got my tickets and am ready for the games!!!
I am going to the games tonight too. Should be pretty close to the benches, so I'll see if I can ask Self prior to his game to confirm he is scared of Majerus

For what it is worth...MSU lost 7 games in which they obviously didn't outscore their opponents by more than 4pts. In there wins, only Ohio St. (lost by 4) and Wisc (lost by 3 in OT) were as close as our game. The majority of the others were by 10+. Stinks to lose, but we just played one heck of a team really well.

Pretty sure it was before the Evans call. But maybe I'm mistaken. I think it was on McCall and it was right in front of the scorers table on the left side near mid-court. Maybe when McCall had just about made a steal??? Don't remember for sure. But it was around that 4 minute mark left in the game I think. I have it DVR'd and was going to watch the game again some time to check.
