What a %$#%#$&$#&^ they ^%$^$%suk. Up by 12 in the first half and they couldn't stick the knife in them. They deserved to lose!
That being said, A Nicholson was a no factor. The team looked blaaa. Rumor has it that the cold/flu bug is going though the campus.
SLU should not have a hard time winning this game. Conklin and Loe will dominate. Good matchup will be Cassidy and #3 Finn.
Bonnies could get spanked again when they travel to Buffalo to take on the UB Bulls, who, as we know, just punished Dayton on their home court by 30 points.
TO Chillinthemost - "We should move to the MVC..." make sense to me and the entire A10 Nation !

I watched the game on the Dayton feed. Looked as if they had no answer for the Bulls big men plus they were tossing in three's from all over the court.
The Bonnies play the Bulls on Saturday and rumor has it the Flu season has come early to the Brown Indian camp.
And who is the lame brain that schduled LMU days after a major Tournement ?

Ya we ain't no where Homey. Its a big deal moving the finals to NYC. I think that all the A10 schools will benifit from it. That is why I think the A10 will stay like it is.
SLU is way out on the Western Front. I, for one, enjoy our little rivalry (you being the Big Brother Jesuits and us being the small and meek Franciscans Friars) But I think that Economics win out and will take over and cost wise it is just getting too expensive for the Billikens to continue to send their sports teams Eastward.
Therefore, I feel that it would be in your best interest to find a Conference more suited to your local area.

Bonaguy - peace be with you my brother. Ya I'am guilty of teasing these guys on purpose and having alot of fun and good laughs at there expense -sorry - and your right I dont rep all of the GREAT fans we have throughout the world.
Last year when the Billies visited the RC a couple of their fans made the trip from Buffalo and Rochester and were great people. As a matter of fact SLU team bus broke down on the way to Olean from the Buffalo airport and Coach Schmidt sent a bus to pick them up. I would call this practicing our Franciscan values.
Its humerous to read their weld retorts and my put backs - and again - yes, Bonaguy it is wrong to do it but, I feel that one of us must standup to them and give them a little of the own medicine. As you have seen you were as nice as pie but, one of them is just plain MEAN.
And I just love when the teams get all upset because they have to Travel to Olean to play their game with the Bonnies. It just give us an advantage or an edge over the visitig team. I want to keep them thinking that travel to and from the airport is by snoe moble or by the Amish taxi service using horse and buggy. The only team that has figured it out is Dayton. They come a couple of days early - go out to the different resturants, go to the movies, go to Ellicotville and use the SBU library to study. AND YES, SBU DOES HAVE WiFi and a coffee bar. In fact the Bonaventure Dinning Hall resently was vote thr Best in the country. I even go there to eat!
Bonaguy - I really think that we have a good team this year and just might surprise some teams in the A10.

SBU welders $70k per year plus all the OT they can handle vs SLU grads - min wage checkout or box boys at Wal-Mart maybe even Dollar General - oh joy!

Your right that is a partial view of the SBU campus. SLU must have a huge campus, very modern with Wi-Fi and free coffee.
You have a student body of what 30,000 vs St Bonaventure of 1,000 + and you still can't beat their team of corn shuckers. It's been five long years without a victory against the small Catholic school.

No way the Bonnies will be second. maybe second to last. they aint got no ball. They have a poor shooting team, they are stuck up there in snow castle heaven, they play on a cow pasture with bushel baskets nailed to a tree, hells bells Nanook the Eskimoe is their maskot.

You Billies want to play 'Cuse? Its right in the heart of the snow belt. Its farther north than Olean, home of the welders.
I sure hope that all of the bad Tornados are passing you by. Olean, NY might have two seasons, Winter and the Fourth of July, but, it does not get those killer Tornados.

Congradulations on your win over Dayton. Good luck in the tourney. URI's Delroy James is going to be a handful and their #12 is a cheater always grabbing jerseys. After the lose to the Bonnies last night, due to a Technical foul on Baron at the end of the game URI will come out run'in and gun'in.
The Welders are on TV but, the Billikens are not. WHY? A very large and very strong Bonaventure Alumni at CBS has seen to that. You guys are VERY mean to us and say mean things about Olean therefore, this was a way to say "shame on you". HA HA HA!!! ( BUT, I STILL WISH YOU GUYS GOOD LUCK )

You Billiken fans seem very down in the dumps. Those Welders are at it again. One of those fans, with a poor ADULT sense of humor, has a YOU TUBE video of your Coach RickMa. Please no minors need to hear this farmers humor. I am so disappointed in our youth today. But, it is funny, hope you like it. Also, the best player has to be Cassidy to survive so many years there.

If your Billikens can play the same game that UMAss played against Bonas then you can win. If your Billikens play like they did agianst LaSalle you will lose.
The match up will be the two Big Guys Andrew vs Loe. I have seen Loe a couple of times on TV and I think he'll give Nichelson all he can handle. Looking for a close game.

Johnny - yes, they are court side directly across from the Bonas bench about even with the free throw line. The Country Inn and Suites are right across the street from SBU. Also, its an easy plane ride to Buffalo but the drive to Olean is an hour and a half.
I'm serious if you are, let me know.
