Does a small part of anyone think they have all heard on their appeals? I have no basis for this other than my own thoughts but this would be day 10 of the player's appeal, 2 players already left the school as if they know their fate and it would make sense the girl would give a statement AFTER the appeal was complete and not before....
Again - no facts, just my hunch (hope)

Shooting guard Ore Arogundade said Murray State, St. Louis, Santa Clara and Drake are strong right now. Texas Tech, Xavier, Temple and LaSalle are also looking.

Point guard Hakim Saintil is taking a prep year for one reason: “I felt like I was everyone’s second choice,” Saintil said. Had he picked a school this year, it would have been St. Louis. Now he’s opening up the process with an eye on the Atlantic 10. Tulsa, Florida International and Florida Gulf Coast also earn mention here. You can’t argue with his reasoning; the young man is a good player and wants to be seen as important to a program. -

Wants to get more minutes somewhere. I think he also felt Crean was recruiting over him with Troy WIlliams and Stanford Robinson coming in. IU is going to start 'rebuilding' now that Oladipo, Watford, Hulls and Zeller left and I think Crean made it clear the frosh were going to get their shot from Day 1.
Hes not going to be a star offensive player but IMO if you can bring in a transfer who has defended Big Ten caliber guards for 2 years - and done it well - you grab them.

I like when good players say they're interested in SLU. So much better than the alternative. How many years?

According to Justin Albers, an IU basketball reporter, SLU is in the final 3 for guard Remy Abell who will transfer from IU

Would be a GREAT get. Remy played decent minutes for IU this year and would have been in the top 6 of the rotation for IU again this year. Great defender, lots of energy, streaky jumper but can get to the rim.

We were going to trounce them with or without Dez.... wouldn't you want to beat the best teams possible to help our profile? Especially when the team here is a nationally recognized name...
More importantly, no one should ever have to go through a situation like that on a personal level. That's why its not 'nice'.

Tough blow for X and for the A10. Situations like this are never a positive thing for any person/program involved.
I have also heard from individuals still attending X that this is very similar to the KM/Willie situation.

Sounds like AZ and a reunion with Sean Miller is his preferred option. Would be huge for AZ as they dont have a legit pg for next season with Josiah Turner transferring and TJ McConnell having to sit out a year. Makes them a definite Pac contender if you were to combine him with the recruiting class miller brought in this year.
Also, interesting to see that according to X fans, this wasnt Lyons' choice and Mack asked him to go....

If we hired Bobby Knight, I would burn my diploma. Just because you graduate players and win games doesnt give you the right to be a horrible human being. Bobby Knight is a horrible human being.
There is a reason Rick, TLR and Bobby are friends. They have very similar values in life/coaching. Sure Bobby can be a bit of a dbag when it comes to UK and calling it like he sees it. He isnt going to spit out a ton of BS to make everyone happy. But he wouldnt be even close to the bottom of the scum list. He doesnt commit violations, graduates kids and wins. Not much more you could look for in a bball coach in today's game.
