I have to approve every poster before they post. Metz is the king of getting through this system, but plenty have been kept out.

Even if I ban a troll, they stay in the count.
You have to remember, there are a lot of people that register. Post 10-15 times, and then don't come back again. Like posters from other schools.
Lets just say Billikens.com has not had traffic like this past week since the 2000 NCAA tournament.

I haven't removed any posts today. I bet it is a troll over there.

Just to let people know, this board has and has always had an alert function. In the bottom left of every post, you can click: Alert. Then click the Send Alert Button.
I will then receive and e-mail, and the post will come to my attention quickly. Therefore, if someone posts something inappropriate, it gets to my eyes sooner. I check my e-mail too much in a day.

My apologies for the poor language. I just got home an hour an a half ago from Atlantic City, and have been working on Billikens.com since the Selection Show ended.
Bannings and suspensions have been distributed, and I have contacted the other moderators regarding the issue and asked for recommendations.
The board has improved in the past two weeks since some trolls have been banned, but there are still weeds in the Billikens.com garden.

The reasons for the suspensions was before the loss. I just now got a chance to sit down and go through things.

The Board has been getting ridiculous I admit. I apologize for it. Suggestions are always appreciated. These suspensions were given after users complained, which everyone is entitled to do. So if something is wrong. YELL AT ME.

Two posters have been suspended until February 1st for comments made in Private Messages and User Ratings to other posters. User ratings CANNOT be editted, so they will unfortunately remain there.

heh, I am concerned about Board design. It is just tough because I and many others like threaded, but no one designs threaded boards anymore.
