Ive been reading this sight http://www.webspawner.com/users/thompclark22/ I can't wait to see him in a billiken jersey. I really believe that he can be the player who can bring St. Louis to the top of the A10 Conference. I know that it is a lot to put on a freshman but i kind of think of him as a sophmore because of his year at Hargrove. I also look at the Illinois team who is in the final four and i really don't see them having any dominating post players. They do have a dominating backcourt but i also think that we will have a dominating backcourt with DP, KL, TL, LM, DB. So i think we will be alight as long as Brad can develop these players. DP and LM were said to be great shooters but really never shot the ball well. Im giving Brad to the end of next year to turn this team around or he should be gone.

I think we should use one of the two scholarships left and sign a juco player. I honestly don't think we will have another good 4 man until at least 2007. I am also kind of curious in why SLU has such a hard time recruiting big men. We recruit and land great guards like DP, TL, KL but for some reason we never get a good post player. Is it because of Brads coaching style or is it something else that I just don't see.

David Palmer signs with Seton Hall

It is my understanding that David failed to get early admittance to Illinois. My question is if he could not get admitted into Illinois than how will he get admitted to SLU. I might be wrong but I thought that SLU is a harder school to get into than Illinois.

I think that we will have a good team next year as long as we get a post player who can contribute immediately. I think that if we can get David Palmer, than we will have a good chance to win the A10. TL and KL will make are backcourt the deepest in the A10 but we still need that forward to take us to the next level.
