He just gave an oral commitment to Miami of Ohio. I know our backcourt if full, but if it wasn't would he have fit in at Slu? Also how does Miami of Ohio rate w/ the Slu Basketball team...... any thoughts?

Does anyone remember 2 years ago when Borgia Played Vashon at Maryville in the quaterfinals? I was at that game and Muse was terrible. Vashon won the game but if I remember correctly Muse's play was awful, and tha is saying something, since Borgia's tallest player was 6'5. I don't know if I even want Muse on the team, even if he is available.

I heard from a very trusty source that the Bill's offered a Scholarship to Dustin Mcguire from Civic Memorial. I guess this is a good move if they are looking for more guards/ forwards. Hes is about 6'5 with a nice shooting touch. He plays for Gateway.

I was not able to see the game, so can anyone tell me why Meyer didn't play in the second half? Was he in foul trouble, or just wasn't playing well? Thanks.

Roy, my thinking was since we are having trouble scoring why not have liddell at the 3 Lisch at the 2 and Polk at the point. If Lisch or liddell struggles with their position then move them to the point. So I suppose it is all based on the success next year on who we would recruit.
Also how many scholorships will be available in 05 and 06?

Alex Moosemann From Borgia I think deserves a look. He is one of the best guards in the metro area. Slu could definitely use his ball handling skills. He could learn under polk for 2 years then take over the point. We could also use his shooting and scoring skills.

I attended the St. Charles West / Borgia game and I was pretty impressed with Brad's son. While at the game I got into a discussion over whether Kramer (sp) Soderberg would even attempt to go to Slu? I was just wandering what everyone thought.

THere is no way Moosemann is 5'8. He is at least 5-10 -5'11. By the way in three games in the tourney he didn't have a single turnover.

Moosmann is a hell of a player. He has one of the quickest releases I have seen in a while. He leads Borgia in scoring and scored another 40 on Festus last night. During the summer I do believe that he plays for gateway. He impressed me far more than Knollmeyer did at the Borgia Tourney

Why didn't he play? The kid averaged 30 points a game last year, I think he could have helped with the shooting percentage.

I have been there and also to the Savvis. I would have to say the Savvis is much much nicer. The United Center was very dirty when I went ( kinda like a certain Mi$$ouri School). M-I-Z-N-I-T, that chant never gets old. It was hard to hear that Mizzou will be w/o Hansbrough but only because of Grimes bricks coming from your precious new arena were so loud.

I know that this topic has been beaten to the ground latley, but I've been on vaction so bare with me. What is going on, has he committed to UNLV or is he going to continue at SLU? Any information would be appreciated. Also, if Liddell did indeed commit to UNLV wouldn't Lon Kruger have hell to pay with the NCAA?

I think Meyer is going to surprise everyone this year. He may be a less thought of recruit but I think he is going to contribute right away.

For you to take something so tragic like this and turn it into why you hate the president makes you are a complete jerk(for lack of better word). I know I am propably going to get ban for saying that, but that is how stronly I feel about this. This is a billiken's website and if you want to slander the president like that then take it somewhere else.

Where does he go in the rotation? I think that he is vastly underrated on this message board. I think that if TL doesn't qualify that Meyer is going to start at the 3. What are all of your thoughts?
Not much, but something.........

According to some posters at Mosports.com, Coach Soderberg has offered 6'3 Guard Scott Suggs. I don't know much about him, but they say he is destined to be a 5 star player. Again, take it for what it is worth. He attends Washington High School.
