I have heard this is where the university has decided upon for the location of the new arena, and that the tennis courts will have to be destroyed and some of Grand Forest. Better than destroying the baseball and softball fields in my opinion. In some ways this is better than the Grand Center location, as its closer to and more visible from Highway 40.
