I agree but i see Kyle's contributions this year more in other area's than scoring. His scoring will come in time i see his impact more in assists rebounding and defensive areas

Why do have to "trash" one player to praise another? Kyle Cassity, who's played only seven games in his career -- he's still just a freshman -- has NOT been horrid on either end of the floor. Just because he has yet to excel or distinguish himself doesn't make him horrid yet.
Totally agree with you and to be honest Kyle did not play in the BC game so he has only palyed in 6 games

My intention for this thread was a discussion about whether or not Majerus would have recruited tommie or kevin. It seems to me that Majerus puts together his team based on their attributes and skills on the court in relation to his system. It seems as though Lisch is perfect in this system whereas IMO Liddell struggles a bit.
I will admit I have not been a die hard SLU fan but I have watched some games with Cassity on SLU you guys have gained a big fan base because Pinckneyville follows their players now that being said Instead of focusing on who would coach Majerus would have recurited we should focus on who he is recuriting
This class will be good seeing Cassity and Brett play in high school and with the freshman class this year in their Jr or Sr year SLU will be top in 5 if not top 3 of the A10

I watch the game on ESPN360 and the announcers said that in the scouting report on SLU Mitchell drives mostly to his right and NEB was forcing him left causing him to make bad passes and poor decisions.

Just watched on ESPN U that Nick Evans Carbondales 6'11" center will be out 4 - 6 weeks with a broken wrist. He is averaging 6 points and 3 rebounds a game. May open up the middle some on Dec 2nd
