We beat LaSalle Saturday and we will hopefully be top 10 come Monday. What a season.
A top 10 ranking sounds unfathomable to 2002 me at the saavis center.

I think root for Wichita to win a close one. This may be the best shot someone has a knocking them off in league play, could see it happen.

This is actually a great idea. Local media personalities would probably get a kick out of having their own big heads which would lead to more media exposure for SLU.

We are back to where we were at the end of last season

They don't need to listen to people that have been going to the games for 20 years. We are going to go anyway. They are trying to find a way to keep the students engaged and to keep the fans that are just now coming to the games.
The music isn't the problem isn't the music, its the students. I was plenty engaged as a student with just the band. I didn't feel like I needed to hear lil Jon or whatever would have been 2000-2004 2 chainz equivalent.

Hey, we won the game. It is fun to argue about stupid stuff after we win.
The one thing to take from this is someone fun the AD is listening and trying to do somethings to improve the game day experience. They deserve credit for that.
But are they listening to the season ticket holder that goes to games against directional state, or the groupon crowd that wants homogeneous jock jams experience to "get pumped up"?

I dislike the piped in music. The fans were into the game today because we weren't up 20 the entire time. The band is part of the experience. Not cool to cut their usage today.

Happened twice from what I saw. Both times, ref on the baseline had his thumb up his azz.Is there a rule against a coach touching or assisting a player on the court while the ball is in play?
I saw George Mason's coach push his player on the court while the ball was in play to get him to rotate to the other side of the court. I didn't think that was allowed.

Crews has won 84% of his games as SLU coach.
Not to mention the team has the best record in the nation going back 365 days.

I think we should stay the same. We lost the second half to Richmond and although we had a one point lead after first half today against this Colonial league transfer-i say Dwayne Evans had two bad games and we were very lucky to win against bad teams
Bottom line comes down to SLU got the job done, other teams around them did not. It is as much about what other teams do, not just about what you do.

This debate has been settled. There is no question at this point, Crews has proven he is up to snuff.

Though, watching the Duke - Cuse game going on right now, we need to get the best seed possible. We can't get matched up with Syracuse before the Sweet 16. We'd lose to them by 30+.
