The Billikens were able to overcome sickness and defeat Southern Illinois 74-69. Five Billikens played over 33 minutes. Goodwin led the Billikens with 20 points and 9 rebounds. Billikens return to the floor on Saturday (Star Wars night at Chaifetz) to take on Houston.
