In the Billikens only exhibition, SLU beat Kentucky Wesleyan 77-48. After a tight first half, SLU outscored Kentucky 49-23 in the second half. French had 19 points, and each French and Goodwin had 11 rebounds. 12 different Billikens put points on the board, ending with Hargrove shooting the Billikens tenth free throw to give all fans in attendance a free Chick fil a sandwhich.
The Billikens open the season on Tuesday against Florida Gulf Coast.
