She was arested as well so it appears to have "lover's spat" written all over it. Doesn't say, however, if he tried to choke her. Choking seems a little more "attempted murder"-ish than slapping. Given the trends in society, this is not surprising. Wonder who will be the first reverse-stereotype case in college ..... who will be the first Tawny Kitaen/Chuck Finley couple ... where in the male accuses the female????
