Buyer: St. Louis University Transaction handled by: Jake Shepley of Hilliker Corp. for the seller, Mungo & Bockenfeld Inc. for the buyer. Use: St. Louis University bought the building as part of an effort to acquire land for a new basketball arena in the Grand Center arts district.
