Biondi talking aout the new arena and research center.First of all he talkes about when not if. A point of interest is he talkes about new revenue sources from premium seating. Some of this will be luxury box seating,but I'm sure there will be some type of lug on the better seats.. I would rather pay some type of PSL than an annual lug. My guess is they will use the current point rankings for who gets to buy what first. I don't believe they will be able to lug the whole building because of lack of demand.
