Updating my spreadsheet I remembered something that is pretty good trivia.  In 1994 the Billikens moved from the Arena to the brand spanking new Kiel Center.  They had an open house before the season where the season ticket holders could come check out their new seat location.   On that day they also set up a volleyball court and SLU played Mizzou.   SLU won 3-0 and if my memory is correct that was the first sporting event ever held at that arena, not a hockey or basketball game.

This was a lot of work just to compile the list with the various sports let alone make the trips. Thanks.   I have only traveled to watch the men's basketball teams play.   I have watched baseball, and women's basketball and softball but only on the SLU campus.

I've seen the men's billiken Billikens in Memphis, Louisville, Chicago, Milwaukee, Birmingham, Brooklyn, Carbondale, Indianapolis, Myrtle Beach, Cincinnati and all the St Louis venues you mentioned above

Planning to go to Pittsburgh next year assuming nothing comes out of the weeds for me in 2026.

Nice.  I missed out on a lot of the those terrific Great Midwest/CUSA venues when I was living in St. Louis because I couldn’t travel very much at the time.  Now I just wait for the schedules to come out and hope they venture into the southeast.

Yeah I’m bummed I didn’t get to Freedom Hall, Hinkle, MSG, even the Memphis Pyramid. Hopefully we can get back to prominence and play in some great facilities again.

Pittsburgh is very cool if you stay in the downtown area between the rivers.  Duquesne is easy to get to from there.

Why the **** were we playing an intra squad scrimmage at FHN? It would have to involve Chris Sloan?

You went to the Oxford Regional.  That must have been awesome.  I would have done almost anything to go but my wife had this crazy 2-week vacation to LA/SF/Tokyo/Seoul/Sydney/Melbourne that she had planned for about a year that I couldn't really postpone.

It was a great time. A buddy of mines' little brother was in school down there. I ended up crashing at his apartment and went to the game with one of his roommates, since he wasn't in town. Super random stuff. I completely underestimated how crazy the outfield would be. I got there at like 10 am and could barely find a spot. It was SO HOT, I was only drinking beer but by the end of the game, I don't remember getting in my uber.
