Great list. I have been to the US Open (tennis) and it is must see. I am going to Wimbledon in 2026 and will scratch that one off.

At the top of my list is the Army/Navy game.

Can't believe I left that one off. I've been wanting to hit it with my USMA grad buds.

I took one off my bucket list this past week by visiting PNC Park in Pittsburgh, which is rated by many as the best MLB Ballpark.  Took a tour of the stadium one day and saw the Cubs dismantle the Pirates the next day.  Very nice venue.

Okay I’ve been to…

290 baseball stadiums college and professional including a World Series game and several playoff games

My wife and I went the see the Cardinals in London

We saw the Midnight Sun game in Fairbanks, Alaska

We saw a game at Chiba in the Japanese Baseball League.

We spent a month on the Cape and saw a game at every Cape Cod League Field.

I still have 10 MLB stadiums left to go.

I’ve been to 65 basketball arenas, college and professional.

i saw the SLU women in their only NCAA appearance in Knoxville

We have  been to English Premiere League games at Chelsea, Arsenal, Fulham, Brentford and Leeds.

We saw AC Milan and Sparta Prague in European Football

We saw the WNT vs France in Paris at the Women’s World Cup

We went to the Masters in 2023.

We saw Florida play in the College World Series.
We’ve been to college football games at Florida, Florida State, Clemson, Tennessee, Auburn and several less important schools like Mizzou.

I would kill to see the Billikens in the NCAA Tournament and the baseball Billikens at a regional

I would love to go to Wimbledon.  We toured to grounds but it wasn’t the same.

I would love to see the Blues in the Cup finals.

We have tickets to see Notre Dame vs Navy this fall.  Not a big Irish fan but that will be cool

We are going to see SLU in Hawaii whenever the hell that happens.

My wife severely strained her leg walking down the steps at that stadium in Prague.  Someday she will forgive me for dragging her to that game.

What did you think of San Siro?   I felt like it was largest slab of concrete that I’ve ever seen and had as much charm as YMCA gym.

I enjoyed the atmosphere outside San Siro. I got front row, center pitch for only 100 Euros.  Problem was only 2 toilets for the thousands of fans in that section.  They did sell beer that was good. No beer at Real Madrid or in Colombia.

BTW, if you are a college hoops fan, Allen Fieldhouse is worth a visit. Easy trip from STL and the game atmosphere is great. The front of the building is a museum and the origional rules of basketball (along with a lot of other cool things) are in it. Stay at the Oread on campus of you go.

No. 1 on my bucket list is a Billiken Sweet Sixteen game in literally any location.

I still have quite a few ballparks I still need to visit, but the ones I most want to see are:

Dodger Stadium

PNC Park

Camden Yards

PNC Park setting is fantastic.

Pre Covid my father and I had planned a road trip to go to Camdem Yards, Citizen Bank, Citifield, Yankee Stadium, Fenway, then the Basketball HOF & Cooperstown.  We had to cancel and now he is too sick to go.  I hope to take my son in 5 or 6 years.

I have never been to Dodger Stadium, but PNC Park and Camden Yards are great picks.

Cooperstown is awesome. You gotta go if you love baseball.  Great drive in the Summertime.

Nothing like the baseball Hall of Fame.  Cooperstown bills itself as America’s most beautiful village.  Well worth visiting with breweries, the Fenimore Cooper House, Doubleday Field, and the Glimmerglass Opera as other attractions to see.

You’re the first person I know who is beating me on this. I’m at 4 different, Newcastle, Chelsea, Arsenal and man city(x3)
