Novel idea, demote Travis. Promote Harriman. Tell Travis he’ll get his check but just stay home, or have him teach a class on how to fail but still make a ton of money. Boost Harriman’s salary by about $200k and see if he can’t improve this shite show. It sure has hell isn’t going to get better under Ford. What do we have to lose?
