NET around 60

Graphic had them with 179 SOS…will be tough. I hate SOS as a metric but that’s a tough road to get an invite.

Also Don’t see their NET improving much with a win over Dayton tomorrow.  Only playing  one quad 1 game and losing it doesn’t help either. Lots of factors against VCU. I do hope they destroy Dayton tomorrow (which apparently helps NET). Amzil is hands down the biggest douchebag in the A10.

I don't know. If VCU loses by a point in a good looking game, they could possibly be considered. The Selection Committee has always said the metrics are just one tool at their disposal. They also claim they select the best teams to play and not the most deserving teams.

They also always claim how you are playing at the end of the season matters. VCU has won 16 of their last 18 and looked impressive doing it. Plus ratings = dollars. Wouldn't you rather see Ace Baldwin than some jabroni from Liberty?

According to Team Rankings, going into today, VCU had a 3% chance of an At-Large bid.

With a win today, that probably goes up ever so slightly.

For those wondering, going into today, we had a 0.00% (repeating, of course) chance of an at-large bid.

Also, the two bad Rams losses to Temple and Jacksonville were Ace's 2nd and 3rd games back, just two weeks after having a screw put in his broken wrist. The losses to Memphis and Arizona State happened while Ace was out.

VCU makes its first appearance on Bubble Watch. Still don’t think they’ll get an at-large if they lose to the Flyers.

There's no at large chances in this conference. The records against top tier competition are absolutely terrible. Check our own record against Q1 teams.

We got drunk on wins over weak, weak opposition. Observing the Q1 and Q2 results for this conference is a sobering realization. Juan Bid. Like the Ohio Valley.

Also Hoosier, the A10 doesn't qualify as Mid-Major currently. Look to the American athletic conference if you want a conference with way more cred that's outside the "p5" ..

The A10 wasn't much better than the MVC by the numbers. Only VCU had any cred at all. Their numbers aren't good enough to sniff at large.

We may get 2-3 NIT bids.
