Crosswell had one game in his entire La Salle career? Good for him. I watched Zimi Nwojeki go off for 30 against Rhode Island as a freshman ---- never to be heard from again. I thought/think he 's better than Amzil. Still. Shawn Haughn holds the Dayton record for threes in a game. Guess who he did that against. Not good otherwise. Moore's averages were vastly inflated given La Salle's schedule. I'd take Moore over Traore in a heartbeat. Remember Tyus Verhoven at Duquesne? Career game in beating us; crap career otherwise. Bynum ate us up at St. Joe's? I'll have to go back and check because if he did, it's not memorable. The A10 has had some really good players. For sure. Osunniyi had no offensive game. Right now, neither does DaRon Holmes. DeAndre Bembry was good. So was Eric Paschall. Treveon Graham. Bones Hyland. EC Mathews. Obi. Scoochie Smith. Kellan Grady. Jalen Crutcher. Tre Michell. But many didn't hit their hype as well. The Mitchell twins. Jon Sever. Jio Fontane. Chip Hare. Juwan Staten. Sam Mennenga. James Nelson. Ricky Lindo. SLU's track record isn't all that impressive at times either. It's recent history is good. French. Goodwin. Bess. Isabell. Reed. Mitchell. Lisch. Liddell. Vouyoukous. But we also have failures in Hargrove, Manning, Glaze, Carter and many more. And I haven't touched Jolley, Thompson, Husak and our all-time great Adam Knollmeyer. I guess I have higher standards. Additional hits were McCall, Jett and Evans but I understand where you a coming from. Happy Thanksgiving Taj and keep your opinions coming of A10 players. Bynum was a 2nd Team All Conference and 6th Man of the Year on a team that won the Big East last year, but he sucks! Just keep doubling down on those misguided hot takes. Haha! slufan13 likes this
Taj79
Bynum did hit us twice in his one year at St. Joe's---38 total points and 14 assists for 19 ppg and 7 apg. He split those two games in the W/L column. In the win, he was overshadowed by Charlie Brown. Brown I remember as the Joeys beat us by 30 in the rematch. But he didn't do much Sunvday, did he? It's an opinion, that's all. Don't watch much Big East games so I Don't follow much there. I'd take him as an Andre Jones type player and likely suffer if I need to. Expect the hot takes to continue. All A10 point Malachi Smith didn't do much today, either.
