So you saying we should run the table? Or do the Bills suck too?

Maryland 95 - Coppin State 79

Maryland 95 - SLU 67

We’re only 12 points worse than Coppin State so it might not be fair to say we suck.

Schmidt is slowly getting his team to gel. Likely they were undervalued in the preseason poll. He running a 7 to 8 man rotation but still has two averaging over 37 mpg.

Didn't he run a 5 man rotation last year? Seems he's spreading the minutes out more. :)

Except last year.

Ah yes, board darling Mark Schmidt. His team entered last season in the Top 25 and as the consensus pick to win the league. By mid-December, his team had crapped the bed and they were out of contention for an at-large for the rest of the season. Meanwhile, Ford who catches his share of heat on this board, loses the preseason conference player of the year to start the season, but proceeds to lead his team to a better year than Schmidt's team had.

Fair point - Schmidt's resume has been more consistent than Ford in the A10.  Now who knows what the future holds.

Maybe not, but look at the teams Auburn has beaten this year, Winthrop (234 TR ranking), TX Southern (244 TR ranking), these are not great. Then come George Mason (151 TR ranking), S. Florida (188 TR ranking), and Bradley (131 TR ranking), these are decent teams but not top 100 ranking. The only team they have defeated this season in the top 100 was Northwestern (60 TR ranking), and they barely beat them by a single point, 7 points below the spread for the game. Do you see this as a stellar set of victories? And yet, they are considered to be high up in the pack this season.
