Season Ticket/'Manage Account' Question

Hi everyone.  This is my first time purchasing season tickets.  When I go to my Billiken 'Manage Account' link, it says I was no tickets for upcoming events.  Is that because the first days are too far ahead?  Will the tickets show up closer to the first game date?  I just wanted to make sure something wasn't wrong with my account.

I'm sure there's a good explanation and calling the ticket office would be a good idea. My guess is the major culprit is just that tickets haven't been distributed physically or digitally. If that's not the case I've always had a weird situation where it seems my normal ticketmaster account doesn't sync with my Billiken tickets.

I’m a first time season ticket holder as well and my account is the same. I was able to confirm that my Ticketmaster account is linked correctly so I’d assume that the tickets haven’t been distributed yet.

Could this be related to the fact that they haven’t set start times yet for the games? Just speculating. If your account with Ticketmaster is correctly linked I would say that you should be fine.

Don't know but the tix should be coming out any day now - the first game is 10/24

No. They are digital, it won't matter. Paper tickets have been mailed in the past without times.

That is a Ticketmaster programming issue. I have experienced the same with colleges teams, pro teams, and across leagues. It is absolutely infuriating.

I went into my account and looked up the invoice and it shows paid, so I am sure I am good. I will say that the closer to the season we get, I’m sure the number of people calling the ticket office asking about this will increase. A simple notice by the ticket office on the website, or even a tweet saying what day they expect digital tickets to be released to people who’ve purchased them seems to be in order.

Yeah, mine says 'paid' as well, I just wanted to be sure.  Thanks!
