That was it. Four did it the following year (Robinson, Claggett, Highmark, Dillard), and the only other time we had four since then was 1993-1994 (Claggett, Dobbs, Highmark, Waldman). Most other years, two or three guys have scored double figures. Some years just one - which isn't a problem when it's Larry Hughes, but isn't ideal when it's Milik Yarbrough.

Looked at basketball reference , said 73-74

67-68 accomplished that also..

Would have loved to seen that 67-68 team play.. Orms, Gene Moore, and Rich Niemann... Moore played in the NBA,  Niemann ABA and wasn't Orms drafted in the NBA or ABA?

You are right , that was how I phrased it.  Then fell into the rabbit hole,.. 1955-56 also did it... getting stats pre Easy Ed days, gets tricky plus not alot of points being scored then...

Orms was drafted by the then Baltimore Bullets. Had like one season then played a few years in the ABA. Rich Nieman was drafted and played one season for the Pistons. Bounced around with the Celtics and Bucks. Finished his career in the ABA.

I did see Gene Moore play for the Nets. A friend and fellow SLU grad had Nets season tickets who played at then new Nassau Coliseum.

With all the talent that team had they had a disappointing season (of course the Valley was incredibly tough back then) with inept coach Buddy Brehmer. Joe Wiley was a soph on that team.
