cheeseman Posted May 8 Posted May 8 I am not naive enough to think this doesn't happen but recruiting players this way is against the MSHAA rules. This kind of blatant action is what almost caused a split between public and private high schools in MO years ago. I had a school try to recruit my daughter for soccer once and I explained to the coach that it was against regulations and asked her if she knew who I was -she said no and I said then you better research who you are talking to first because I am in charge of athletics in the district - I told her I would not report her this time but if I hear of her doing it again I would. Like I said I know this happens but normally people aren't talking about it in such a public way. Quote
