The Big East is leaving February mostly open for rescheduling of potential postponed games going forward. I hope Bernie and the A10 honchos have similar thinking somewhere in the recesses of their minds.

thetorch
They better plan a contingency till July to make up DePaul's games. They went back on Covid restrictions today, still yet to play.

The Big East should just put DePaul out of it’s misery and announce the Billikens as their replacement. wgstl, BilliesBy40 and Billiken Rich like this
Bills71
has any conference ever historically asked a member to leave? If not why do MBMs keep dreaming. almaman likes this

You really think I was hoping the Big East would dump a conference member midseason? I was joking.
Bills71
Brian, this wasn’t directed at you per se. But I’ve seen many times when people expressed that some teams should be dropped from a conference and replaced with others, and I wondered if that has happened. brianstl likes this
Quality Is Job 1
I think Conference USA basically asked SLU to leave after the Big East raided them for football programs.
HoosierPal
But within hours of the Big East's release, DePaul announced for the third time in a month that it would be going on pause due to coronavirus cases in its program. DePaul is one of nearly 20 D-I men's programs yet to play a game this season.
