Also, the Mitchell twins, Makhel and Makhi, former 4-stars at Maryland are transferring to Rhode Island.  Have to sit a year although they left UMd at semester.  But they did not enroll anywhere.  Also Malik Martin transferring to Rhode Island from Charlotte.

Moyer (6'8") averaged 2.0 ppg over 25 games for last place Vandy this year.  Hunter Dean (6'10") averaged 2.5 ppg in 11 games for Southern Miss.

The Mitchell twins did nothing of note here at UMd.  Scuttlebutt was Coach Mark Turgeon was not sorry to see them go.

Malik Martin (6'6") averaged 9.0 ppg over 29 games and led the 49ers with 1.7 spg.

Interesting comment from Coach David Cox at Rhode Island on the turmoil at URI: "... I'm dealing with ... young men and families and camps who have huge aspirations but do not or refuse to deal with the actual process.  That word now --- process or progression, those types of terms --- has started to work against you in terms of recruiting some of these top young players."

Wojcik's departure weakens an already weak Spider bench.  That leaves Gustafson (who sucks) and an unproven Burton.  Better not have any of their starters get hurt, ala Sherrod last year or Francis this.  Matt Johnson was a non-player in the Bonnies rotation.

Umass:  Sean East (# - Bradley); Marck Gasperinin (# - Grad Transfer American to Umass; 6'10", 30 gp, 21.4 mpg, 8.9 ppg, 5.1 rpg).

Rhode Island:  Abou Ousmane has decommited.

EDIT:  Ousmane, who had a SLU offer, not only shows his URI offer but a Bonnie offer.  The Bonnies offered just today.  Hmmmm.  There is no legit PF on the Bonnies roster.  At URI, you now add the Mitchell twins to Jermaine Harris and Antwan Walker.  Hmmmmm.

Thanka HP for adding Casey ..... I wasn't motivated to waste type time on a former walk-on who got in 14 games in two years at Davidson.  But there he is.

Bishop is a 6'2" freshman (will have to sit a year) from Baltimore heading closer to home.  Played in 16 games with LSU getting 8.5 mpg and average a three a game.  Originally a three/four-star recruit out of traditional Baltimore Catholic League powerhouse Mt. St. Joseph's, Bishop was over-recruited for five-star guard Cam Thomas, four-star guard Eric Gaines and three-star guard Jalen Cook.  Hasta la vista ,Baton Rouge.
