An injury to him would be devastating. And even though Hankton did not develop in the backup for French, we are now less another “big” We have two, maybe 3 bigs. HF, JB Jr and MD. if need be we could play one of those 3 as the 4/5 along with a 6'6" JP or 6'8" AL or TH Jr. as a 3/4 and still have the best rebounding guard in the USA to go with YC and GJ/DJ/or Strickland. If we don't sign another player and everyone stays healthy, we'll be tough. Especially if the freshman show any improvement and you get consistency from Perkins all season and Has and JG continue their hungry play. Any addition(s) that can play would be a plus. Old guy
Bell improved a lot during this last season, I assume he will continue getting better next season.
bauman
I know we have all seen the Rothstein preseason picks that have us as winning the A-10, which gives him a lot of credibility in my mind, so I found his B12 Conference picks of interest from a recruiting viewpoint. We have talked about Weber making STL a recruiting priority, but it's possible that we won't be concerned about that for too longer. Rothstein picks K-St, even with Bradford and Kasubke on the roster, as last in the B12. I hope both the St. Louis area recruits knew what they were signing onto, a program in need of rebuilding. Too bad we don't have them on the OOC schedule this year, although I am becoming more and more concerned about any OOC games being played this year.
